Two Months (Part 3)

Besides all of the house projects we've been tackling the last two months, we have been carting all 3 kids to and from baseball, soccer and dance.  It's been busy, but when the weather has cooperated it's been pretty fun!!

Unfortunately Tatum never got to play in a game this season because of the weather.  She had a few practices though and loved every minute.  Fall weather in CO isn't as schizophrenic as the spring, so she should get to play a lot more then!!

Must stop for water break!!

My Taylor on the other hand...well her season was a bit messed up because of weather also, but not nearly as bad as her sisters.  She scored a goal in her first game and her last game.  This was her season playing on an all girls team against ALL girl teams.  It was so fun to watch her this season.   I'm not positive, but I think she had way more fun too!!  But with her you never know...so ask her when you see her! LOL

And Thomas...well I know if you asked him he would still tell you that football is his favorite sport, but between you and me...I think baseball might be more his thing.

He plays first base and he pitches just about every other game.  Just like football though...he throws me a thumbs up when he strikes someone out or he gets a hit.  I'm not a professional baseball fan like I am a football fan, but I could watch Thomas play baseball all day long.

I'm not sure this slide was necessary, but he likes to put on a show for everyone!

Soccer is over until fall, but baseball will take us through June almost and then we get ready for another season of football and soccer.  Their activities are what make my years go by...but I love it!!

Participation Awards Go To...

Thomas and Taylor's football and soccer teams have not had excellent seasons thus far.  OK...if I am being honest...which I always am...Taylor hasn't won a single game and Thomas finally won his first game last weekend.  Despite their records though...we truck out to the fields every weekend and put in 200% effort...me included.  I might be one of the loudest parents on the sidelines regardless of the score and you only have to sit by me once to know which kids are mine!!!

Just like Tatum, Taylor is decked out in pink so you can't miss her.  She does not stop...and even when her team is losing she keeps at it!

Thomas is a jack of all trades...master of none when it comes to football.  I am grateful this season he has gotten to play multiple positions and decide what he likes best.  I think if you asked him he would tell you that QB is his position, but as you'll see in the pics he plays quite a few.  And if you can't tell which one he is...look for number 11!!

He finally got to try his kickoff abilities...and he didn't do too bad!!

Look at him go!!  I'll let you decide if he made it to the end zone or not...WINK WINK...or if that #74 tackled him in the what would have been next shot!!

Winning or losing...I love watching them both play!
