We ended Tom's week vacation with a weekend camping trip in Sedona. It was in the 80's all weekend and even a little rain came through. I am happy to report the trailer stayed dry and cozy.
My kids got the REAL camping experience this time though...no hook-ups for the trailer which meant when it got dark...it stayed dark. Toilets...well lets just say that my Thomas waited until Sunday when we got home to go poop. TMI...well it was hilarious and needed to be said. Outhouse style toilets were not their cup of tea. And showers...well there were some, but we opted out.
All that said though...they still had fun.
Tom taught the kids how to fish and well...I am not sure they are ready for the sitting and waiting that comes with fishing. Patience is a must when fishing and they are lacking in that area.

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH. I love these pics. Reminds me of our childhood. You should see Misti's boys when they come here to fish. Their patience is not yet developed either...LOL. They will be casting experts though. :-). YOu guys should plan a road trip up to Camp Kavanaugh next year!!!
